As a result of NITDA’s work, 120 million Nigerians now have access to the internet, and the tech industry has attracted $4.4 billion in investments, accounting for 18.5% of the country’s GDP.
More than 3.3 million people have received training from NITDA, which also helps the country save over N305 billion by implementing IT projects effectively and empowering millions of Nigerians with digital literacy.

According to Kashifu Inuwa, Director General of the National Information Technology Development Agency in Nigeria, Nigeria receives close to 30% of all FDI in Africa.
