The ‘Kwaku The Traveller’ singer was arrested on July 19, 2023, by Ghana Police Service officials upon his arrival at Kotoka International Airport for a contractual violation regarding a July 4 gig he failed to honor in Greece.

According to reports, the singer, who goes by the nickname “Blacko,” was scheduled to play on a cruise ship in Greece for which he reportedly demanded US$40,000 and received half of the money. Despite this, the singer did not show up.

Mr. Logic is urging his prosecution in light of this situation.

He claims that Blacko and his team’s behavior was impolite, and that this mentality is impeding the expansion of the creative arts sector.
