In actuality, bras and women have a tumultuous connection.
While a quality bra might provide a fantastic fit and shape, bras can also stab you and cause discomfort on other days.
Wearing a bra may not be physiologically, anatomically, or psychologically necessary, and studies have found that doing so does not significantly benefit your health (i.e., maintain the youth and health of your breasts). They might not be the most comfortable though, depending on the fabric they are constructed of.
Although the decision to stop wearing a bra is a personal one, there are certain long-term effects that occur after you do (apart from all the money you will be saving).
