Genetics is one element that might affect baldness or hair loss, but other habits and lifestyle decisions can also cause or hasten hair loss.
The following behaviors can contribute to or worsen baldness:
Inadequate food: Hair loss may result from a diet deficient in vital elements including iron, protein, and vitamins. Deficits in some nutrients can damage hair and increase its likelihood of falling out.
Stress: Prolonged stress can cause telogen effluvium, a disorder that causes hair follicles to prematurely enter the resting phase and cause excessive hair shedding. This can be lessened by using relaxation strategies to manage stress.
- Tight hairstyles: Pulling your hair back or wearing it in tight braids, cornrows, or ponytails can result in traction alopecia, a kind of hair loss. Hair loss results from this severe strain on the hair follicles.
2:Overuse of heat styling tools: Using curling irons and straighteners on a regular basis can cause damage to hair and increase its susceptibility to breakage and hair loss.
Chemical hair care procedures: Harsh chemicals, which are frequently used in hair treatments like relaxers, perms, and colors, can weaken hair and cause hair loss.
